Recipe: Grilled salmon

This is just the easiest, simplest, quickest recipe ever. And healthy too :-)   

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Bio Mediterranean Salt
  • 1 tblspn olive oil

Season the salmon with Bio Mediterranean Salt to taste. Heat the grill pan and fry the salmon on olive oil for 5-10 minutes on each side. That's it!

Accompany with steam cooked veggies and/or mixed salad. What a perfect lunch or dinner!
