Recipe: Guacamole, avocado salad with tomatoes

I just love to make this easy, healthy and sooo delicious dinner. We usually sit at the table and spread our toasted bread with guacamole. Sometimes the grown-ups have a glass of good wine with it. Ah, that's enjoyment ...

Ingredients for about 4 people:

  • 3-4 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 spring onions
  • Half a teaspoon of ground coriander seeds
  • Cayenne or plain pepper, chilli
  • Tablespoon of olive oil
  • Half a teaspoon of Bio Mediterranean or Bio cranberry salt

The preparation is really easy. Halve the avocados, remove the kernel, and with the spoon take out the avocado meat. Immediately sprinkle with half the lime juice, because otherwise the avocado darkens very quickly.

Then mash avocados with a fork, as you like. They can be smooth, or stil with little pieces. Now season it with Bio Mediterranean salt (also with Bio cranberry salt it would be ok), add half a teaspoon of gound coriander seeds, finely chopped spring onion, spoonful of olive oil and half of cherry tomatoes, finely chopped. If desired, spice with cayenne pepper or chilli, and if necessary add some more lime juice or any other ingredient until the spread is exactly to your taste.

Mix everything together and serve guacamole on a plate with other cherry tomatoes.
