The recipe for delicious poppy muffins with pear.
In a bowl mix 2 eggs, 1 yoghurt (yoghurt cup is a measure of all other ingredients), 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup oil, vanilla or vanilla sugar, 1 bag baking powder, 100 g minced poppy. Finally, add 2 smaller pears, cut into pieces. With a spoon, stuff the dough in the muffins baking tray up to 2/3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
When completely cool, decorate them with a cream of 200 g cheese (eg. ABC, Philadelphia, …), to which add 100 g of sugar powder, 80 g of softened butter, vanilla, and coconut cream (if available). Mix well. You can also divide the cream into several parts and colour them with edible colours. This time I decorated them with bunnies because Easter is coming. 🙂
