Recipe: Refreshing red cabbage salad with Organic Cranberry Salt
A delicious and refreshing red cabbage salad, which is suitable as a side dish or a single dish with bread.
- red cabbage
- two hard-boiled eggs
- two spoons of sour cream
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- bio cranberry salt
Thinly cut or grate red cabbage. Separately mix two tablespoons of sour cream, one grated egg, two tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a cranberry salt and pepper. Adjust the amount of dressing to the amount of cabbage. Pour over red cabbage and mix well. Leave to stand for at least half an hour to bring flavors together. Before serving, grate another hard-boiled egg over the salad.
